Applicable only to new bookings signed definite between 6/1/11 and 4/3/12 for travel June 1st through December 18th, 2012; June 1st through December 23rd, 2013; June 1st through December 19th, 2014.

Incentive is payable to the organization/company that actually signs the contract with the participating resort, unless specified otherwise in writing to the Grand Bahama Island Tourism Board by the individual signing the contract. A copy of the signed agreement must be submitted to the Tourism Board. Incentive paid after the group has traveled, within approximately 45-60 days. Incentive will be funded 50% from the Tourism Board and 50% from the resort receiving the booking. However, one check is sent from the Tourism Board for the total incentive amount, which is paid after receipt of the 50% from the member resort to the Tourism Board.
The Tourism board will send a letter to the individual who signed the contract acknowledging potential incentive availability after receipt of the signed copy of the contract by the deadline. Incentive is payable after written verification by the participating resort to the Tourism Board of the actual room utilization. *This program is applicable to Grand Lucayan and Pelican Bay Hotel only. Incentive payment may vary.
