FREEPORT, GRAND BAHAMA - The Grand Bahama Island Promotion Board (GBIPB) is thrilled to announce
the launch of a series of #LoveGrandBahama initiatives, aimed at showcasing the island's unparalleled
beauty, warm hospitality, and unique offerings. Among the highlights of these initiatives are the return of the
Grand Bahama Island Restaurant Fest, participation in the upcoming Selling Destination Weddings &
Honeymoons 2024 Virtual RoadShows, the launch of a social media video series, and the planning of
familiarization trips for local and international media to highlight the island's distinctive amenities.
The Grand Bahama Island Tourism/Promotion Board unveiled a new logo in the most recent issue of the Grand Life Magazine’s Winter 2023/2024 issue, which was released on October 30. The refreshed imagery is the first in a series of new initiatives and events that will be rolled out in the next few months.
FREEPORT, GRAND BAHAMA - Over 10 Grand Bahama restaurants will once again bring a bit of flavor and culinary flair to diners this August, for the second annual Grand Bahama Island Restaurant Fest.
The Brass Helmet, Pisces Seafood Haven & Pizzeria, Sabor's Restaurant, Off the Deep Edge, Flying Fish GastroBar, Green Gamut, The Stoned Crab, Oceans Blue, Zorba's Restaurant, Upstairs on the Bay, Portobello's Restaurant, and the Margarita Villa Sand Bar will all take part in the month-long series. The event, which will run from August 1-31 will celebrate the start of Bahamian Lobster season, and menus will feature a number of dishes including freshly caught lobster as well as lots of fresh seafood, Bahamian classics and internationally inspired options.
